We provide two options of dining venues – Marina and Azzurri Restaurant – each presenting their own individual styles serving quality food at affordable prices. While Marina offers an authentic Vietnamese experience, Azzurri gets creative with international cuisines and both with genuine hospitality in a stunning ocean front location.

Dishes prepared by the chefs use, whenever possible, fresh, local seasonal produce, complimented with herbs and vegetables from the resort’s own organic vegetable farms and gardens.

On top of that, the in-house chef team stay updated on emerging trends in international cuisine to push new boundaries in taste.

Seafood

Benefit from the rich east coast resources, our seafood dishes are an impeccable blend of farm fresh ingredients and seasonal seafood bought daily, direct from the fisherman. Our recommendations: grilled scallops with spring onions and peanuts, cheesy baked oysters, pan fried prawns with tea leaves, crispy “sun sin” fish and crab hotpot. The seafood so fresh that every bite is flavourful, succulent and melt-able in your mouth!

Recently revamped, Marina Restaurant – chic and delightfully sophisticated but with a laid-back vibe – overlooks the mesmerizing sparkling ocean, reaching as far as the eyes can see. Both outdoor and indoor seating are available. The azure ambiance in Marina will prepare your taste buds for what will be a culinary awakening.

Azzurri Restaurant

Rising 5 metres above the golden sandy Ho Tram beach and crystal waters, Azzurri Restaurant bestows an elegance of its own. Flooding with natural light, harmoniously blending the uninterrupted cerulean blue from its large windows with shimmering white wall, marble floor and contemporary décor, this ample space promises a sophisticated feel and relaxed atmosphere.
